Return Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality digital resources, personalized coaching, and made-to-order merchandise. Because our products and services are delivered in different formats, distinct return and refund conditions apply to each category.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Downloadable Files)
All sales of digital products are final. Once your order has been completed and files have been downloaded or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be offered.
If you experience a technical issue—such as a broken link, download error, or corrupted file—please contact us at sales@xenofan.ca. We will promptly provide a working version of your purchase.
2. Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel and Accessories)
All physical products are custom printed and fulfilled by Printful, our production partner. Each item is made to order and therefore non-returnable unless the product is defective or a fulfillment error has occurred.
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
The product was misprinted, damaged, or defective
You received the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at sales@xenofan.ca within 14 days of delivery, including:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost. Returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or address errors provided by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Coaching and Consulting Services
All coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once delivered or once a scheduled session has begun.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are considered non-refundable.
If we must reschedule or cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or a new appointment at your convenience.
4. General Provisions
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
