The Website presents our independent cost opinion and commercial project delivery services, blog articles, downloadable documents such as our planning notes, and forms to contact us. The content of the Website, including articles, cost ranges, sample reports, calendars and planning notes, is provided for general information only. Figures shown as examples are illustrative and do not apply to any specific project.

This content is not a cost opinion, an estimate, or engineering or legal advice. A cost opinion or estimate is provided only under a written, signed mandate with Xenofan, on the terms of that mandate. Before making a decision, have your situation assessed by a qualified professional.
